Terms & Disclosures

Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026

These Terms & Disclosures govern your use of this website and the Travel Business Fit Assessment. By using the website, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit the assessment.

1. Educational and informational purpose

This website provides general educational information for adults exploring whether an independent travel business may fit their goals. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals about your individual circumstances.

2. Independent business opportunity—not employment

This is not a salaried or hourly job, employment application, or offer of employment. Individuals who proceed are exploring an independent business opportunity and are responsible for their own activities, schedule, expenses, training, marketing, client service, compliance, and results.

3. No income guarantee

Income is not guaranteed. Results vary and depend on individual effort, sales activity, completed travel, supplier commission rules, cancellations, refunds, business expenses, training, marketing, follow-up, market conditions, and other factors. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise or projection of earnings.

4. Costs and ongoing expenses

Starting and operating the business involves startup and ongoing expenses. Current plan options, fees, commission arrangements, cancellation terms, and other financial details should be reviewed in the official materials provided before making a decision. Fees and program terms may change.

5. Commissions

Travel commissions are generally subject to supplier eligibility and payment rules and may not be paid until after travel is completed and the supplier issues payment. Eligible personal travel booked correctly through a commission-paying supplier may generate commission, but eligibility, amount, timing, and requirements vary by supplier and booking.

6. Travel-industry benefits

Advisor rates, complimentary travel opportunities, theme-park tickets, Marriott Fam-Tastic rates, credentials, and other industry benefits are not automatic. They may require specific supplier training, active CLIA or IATAN credentials, production thresholds, fees, availability, and compliance with current supplier rules. Benefits and requirements can be modified or discontinued.

7. Credentials

Based on current program information, Archer provides an IATAN card after an advisor reaches $5,000 in paid commissions. A CLIA card may be purchased separately and is valid for the January 1–December 31 calendar year. Always verify current eligibility, pricing, and renewal requirements in official program materials before relying on this information.

8. Tax disclosure

Joining or operating a travel business does not automatically make personal travel or other personal expenses tax deductible. The tax treatment of an expense depends on the facts, business purpose, recordkeeping, and current law. Consult a qualified tax professional; we do not provide individual tax advice.

9. Fit-assessment results

The assessment is an educational qualification tool, not a psychological, employment, financial, or professional evaluation. A result does not guarantee acceptance, success, income, benefits, or suitability, and it does not obligate you to continue.

10. Third-party services and information

This website uses and links to third-party services, including Tally, suppliers, travel-industry organizations, and opportunity-related providers. We do not control their availability, security, policies, pricing, eligibility standards, or content. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Website content and acceptable use

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, design, training descriptions, and original materials are owned by Jennifer Holzhauser or used with permission. You may view the website for personal informational purposes, but may not reproduce, scrape, misrepresent, sell, or republish its content without permission. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

12. Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that every item is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from reliance on the website, third-party services, or a decision to pursue or decline the opportunity.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the website, program information, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent to info@j2travelbooking.com.
